Jani Effres brings her passion for real estate to Biafora Real Estate. A licensed real estate agent since 1984, Jani has seen the many trends and fluctuating cycles in the real estate industry. Graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in political science, she realized that "real estate is where it's at."
